Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Tank Tops & Camis unless they are defective or incorrect items.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Initiate Your Request
    Email us at [email protected] with your order number and return/exchange details within 15 days of delivery. Use our template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for Approval
    Our style-conscious support team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package Your Items
    Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Send your package to:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the package until it reaches us.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to our error (wrong or defective item): We’ll cover return shipping costs
  • For all other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly state the item(s) you’d like to exchange for in your email
  3. Include any additional payment if the new item costs more

We’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product.
