Shipping Information

Order Processing: We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Shipping Regions: We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia.

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

Our Return Policy

We want you to love your UrbanLayer purchase as much as we love creating our minimalist essentials. If you’re not completely satisfied, our straightforward returns process ensures your shopping experience remains effortless.

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Tank Tops & Camis unless they are defective or incorrect items.

Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Details of items you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our style-conscious support team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Step 3: Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the package until it reaches us.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Our error (wrong or defective item): We cover return shipping costs
  • All other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly state the item(s) you’d like to exchange for in your email
  3. Include any additional payment if the new item costs more

We’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product.
